Q - How do I gift one of your products to a friend?
A - Simply right click on the product you want to gift, click on “Touch”, Select “Gift” and a popup box will ask for the persons name who you want to gift the item to. Type in their legacy Second Life name and click on “Submit”. After that, you will be notified to pay the vendor. Pay the vendor and the gift will be sent to your friend.

Q - How do I use my Gift Card on your products?
A-Simply right click on the product you want to gift, click on “Touch”, and then Select “Buy” another popup will show and Select "Gift Card" now you will be able to pay the vendor and it'll use the gift card.

Q - How can I receive a redelivery of the product I've purchased in the past?
A - If you go in-world to my main store you should see a "Redelivery Terminal", once you click on it you'll receive a popup. Select "Go To Page". This will open up the redelivery page and you will be able to select what item you want redelivered.

Q - How can I receive a refund for one of your products?
A - If the product is No Copy and you have double purchased, I will refund the money to you. The vendor systems script that I use does not allow for double purchasing either. If you have a product that is No Transfer I will not be able to refund it because you did not enjoy it. Please make sure to DEMO everything before purchasing.

Q - How do I apply to be a blogger?
A - You can visit my in-world store and find the box labeled "Blogotex", please keep in mind that not everyone can be accepted and I only have enough room for a certain amount of people.

Q - Who do I contact about product issues and inquiries?
A- You are able to contact me inworld through IM via (Maddison Skute) or by NoteCard, please keep in mind that my IMs do get capped but I receive them through email.
